
With broad experience in Maryland and the District of Columbia courts, Debra Saltz has over 16 years experience in criminal defense and civil litigation. Before forming the Law Offices of Debra A. Saltz, LLC, Debra served as an Assistant Public Defender for Baltimore County and also as an Assistant State's Attorney for Howard County. She has spent several years in private practice handling criminal and civil cases.
Debra Saltz graduated from Simmons College in Boston and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore. After graduating from law school, Debra Saltz clerked for the Honorable Chief Judge Joseph F. Murphy, Jr. on the Court of Special Appeals. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar and several local bar associations. She is currently on the Board of Directors of the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys' Association.
When Debra Saltz is not practicing law, she spends her time participating in triathlons and marathons.
